Meet MORNING STARGLOWOrphan baby foal saved from brink of death

Morning Starglow was just under 6 weeks old when she lost her mother to slaughter. Deprived of her Mother's milk to nourish and protect her, she collapsed and nearly died. She was in the hospital for 17 days before she had the strength to come home and it has taken many months to restore her delicate system with special milk-replacer feeds, immune building supplements, high quality hay and endless TLC. Morning StarGlow has recovered physically. Her physical recovery is a testament to life and her will to survive. But she is forever scarred from the emotional trauma of her brutal capture. She has been placed into our forever sanctuary program for wild horses where she can live out her life with the security and promise of peace and a loving environment.

Your donations make it possible for us to continue saving and caring for Morning Star and others just like her.
